Don't they have a tracker dog?

Seems like it should be an easy one.

It’s heavily wooded. It’s easy to hide but not so easy to get out. 4 days and he has made it 5 miles. About 20 years ago, the area had another escapee and it took about 2 weeks to catch him. Someone found him hiding under their porch.

Hence the need for a good tracking dog. They've got his scent, they've got his whereabouts, they've got his trail.

I'm guessing tracker dogs are now considered 'Too Cruel'.

They have 400 cops around a 5 square mile area where he’s been spotted in a heavily wooded area. He’ll get scooped up soon enough.

I hope he's dead before the sun rises and I hope the victim's family is the one who gets him.
