I think Miami could be sneaky good and their schedule is soft.

I remember after the A&M win last year people were saying the Miami-FSU game could be for a spot in the CFP, then Miami proceeded to lose 6 of their final 10 games. They're an annual disappointment, and I don't think Cam Ward is going to save them. A 2-3 record at the end of September wouldn't be shocking.

Wouldn’t be a shocker but I have a feelin Mario will have them playing better and that Ward will be better than the recent QB’s. We’ll see

I'm not a Mario fan. He seems like a guy who makes for a much better coordinator. Ward will be better than the recent QBs, but it's also his first year in an offense that was alright but certainly not great in 2023. I also don't deny he's an upgrade, but I'm not sure he's going to be the crazy difference-maker people think. He gets called dual-threat but he's really not. They could improve, it's just one of those "fool me once" sort of situations with them.
