4, they have a former 5* RB from Miami, Lingard or something like that, but so far he doesn't appear to be getting any PT.

It's a risky strategy ... there is normally a reason a 5* is transferring. Some will pan out for sure, for some a change in scene is good. Others just aren't very good.
