1) If there had to be a defensive player in the Heisman race (so far this season), who would it be?
2) Which undefeated FBS team should really be asked, "Yeah, but who have you beat"?
3) Not counting helmet factor, what happened last year, and what actually has been accomplished this year, who should really be #1?

1. Travis Hunter - Colorado

2. Michigan, some of it they can’t help but most they could have. That schedule is soft as baby shizza.

3. Tough call , Florida State has been good Va some good programs and now along with that and the famous brand they are getting teams beat shots every game, Georgia looks like they are just hitting their stride and have been dealing with the NC bullseye for awhile now.

FSU has the LSU win and that's it, and even that isn't looking that great. Otherwise, they struggled horribly against a bottom-feeder in BC and barely got by a mediocre Clemson. You can't make a great argument for them to be top 5, or barely top 10, let alone #1

Meh I’m not quite ready to call Clemson mediocre just yet. Are they what they were?… meh no but they are still capable of winning double digits and if they can get Notre Dame and UNC while doing that.. that’s still a good year/team.

Inb4 Chewy starts railing on and on about Blue Bloods in this thread even though he doesn’t care about Blue Bloods but mentions Blue Bloods in every thread.

I see lots of people jealous of our schedule in this thread.

Well let's get to #4. Which ending was tougher to believe?
Miami and Georgia Tech ending or
West Virginia and Houston ending

I don't pay attention to the scheduling of Michigan, so I'm not sure why they have had a soft OOC the last two years. I know we have gauntlet next year -- Texas, Oregon, Washington, Ohio State and Penn State.

That being said -- Michigan can only play what is on the schedule and they have blown every team out. I don't think we have had our starters playing in the 4th quarter of any game this year. We've outscored teams 127-23 in the first half of games. And we are outscoring teams 69-0 in the 3rd quarter this year. So yes -- the schedule has been soft, but they have done what great teams do -- blow the team out and get experience for the rest of the roster.

Miami/GT.

WVU/Houston was just people making plays.

Miami/GT was massive stupidity followed by people making plays.

WVU/UH was more player issues/mistakes, Miami/GT was a dumb arse move by the HC and was far more egregious imo.
