Zeke Elliot for Jimmy G....straight up

With Elijah Mitchell hurt, they could use another RB. Zeke won't be around Dallas next year anyway.

Would this work?

Hell with the way things are now anything is possible. But I would think that San Fran would want a little more then Zeke. He seems to be in the twilight of his career where Jimmy G should have a little more football left in the tank

Why would the Niners weaken their QB room for a 1-year rental at a position that isn’t needed?

Jimmy couldn't beat out Lance, and he looked like shit!

Jimmy would get killed behind that Dallas OL. And he's injury prone.

Peters may help a little but not a lot.

Cowboys just have to take the L on the season and accept their season was over by week 1. They just got the short stick this season with QB injuries. I doubt they were gonna be contenders, anyway.

I doubt he beat him out. Shanahan said before the game, that this was always their plan, regardless of what Jimmy G did or didn't do.

Sounds like a stupid plan to me, considering yer coming off an NFCCG.:noidea:

I thought it was weird tho, cuz he said that was the plan since drafting him. I get that's goal, but come hell or high water isn't the best laid plan for winning.

Dammit. Was getting ready to break out the "he too ugly" jokes but then realized I was thinking of Trevor Lawrence and not Trey Lance.

Its not like Jimmy was the reason for any of their success. The dude has been an anchor for the most part, and if not for the running game and defense, he might be known as the worst QB in the league.

Sounds like Lynch’s plan.

If Zeke had been in the game Dak wouldn't be hurt. Pollard is great, but sucks at blocking.
