Danbury Trashers

Spittin Chiclets podcast had an episode with a segment with AJ and a segment with Winger. Awesome extra stuff from both.

AJ is hitting the podcast circuit hard and I find myself listening to all of them. When I first saw the guy in the doc, I figured I would hate him. After the doc and all of these interviews, he seems like a seriously awesome dude.

"Drake said he wanted a Trashers jersey and I don't have those things hanging around bro. Then I remembered that I have a framed jersey in my office. I didn't know how to take the frame off correctly, so I just smashed the glass out of the frame. Then I had 'some guy' drive it up to Buffalo for Drake."

"Yea, the UHL had a salary cap, but I'm not a numbers guy. Maybe it's a dyslexic thing. Maybe some 6s became 9s, I don't know."

Anyone in this thread seen this one? (shit I didn't expect to find the entire thing!)

I had the same feeling….I’m going to fucking hate this kid. But, I really didn’t.

I said it before….his GM experience was like playing a game with all cheat codes on. But, he still had a good feel for the pieces that would build a winner. He just didn’t really need to live by a cap.
