Caught a bunch of Halibut, Ling Cod and Black Cod so this will come in handy for cooking up some tasty fish.

I missed this thread.
How fast does that heat up, and does it recover fast when you put in the fish ??

Does it cook as many as you thought, at one time, when you bought it.

If you're giving it a Grade ???

As a former fryer lover the best way to recover temps is a bigger fryer. It's why McDonald's has like 20 gallon fryers to fry a liter of fries

Liter of fries? You mean liter cola?

It heats up fast.

When I got it I had some 5/16 Fries and it did a good job on getting them nice and crispy.

I just bought some 1/4 Fries and it cooks them in no time McDonalds Fast

As far as Fish goes it's been fantastic. But I do one serving at a time.

What I did is I bought two fryers....

One for Fries and one for Fish.....

When I do my fish the fish isn't frozen so it doesn't bring down the heat as much.

If I did frozen fish I'm guessing it would be a ddifferent story.
