Derrick Henry out for season?

They will be fine. Franks Reich gifted them a 4 game lead in the division.

Reich's play calling is the worst in the league.

The Colts were up 14-0 and led for most of the game. He passes the ball 51 times and runs Taylor 16 times. Taylor was running great in the game.

Do RBs matter?

Stay tuned

Henry does.

RBs have become plug and play in the NFL but there are a few elite ones and Henry is at the top of that list. The defense has to prep for him and it opens up everything else.

Henry is still an RB and I have been told they don't matter.

This could be a game changer for the Titans. If the entire offense falls on Tannehill they are screwed.

Damn. I hate to see Henry go out like that. Taylor is the heir-apparent.

Every team has at least one guy who can get 3 yds per carry. Some teams have a guy who can get 4 or 4.5 yds per carry. Henry does that, and has about twice as many carries as the next guy.

Fuck me.
I have him in both of my leagues.
At least I traded Ridley for Jefferson a couple weeks ago..

If anyone needs me, I'll be in my pit of despair and darkness.

Of course running backs matter again, but happy that Tennessee gave everyone a blueprint on how to use an RB-focused offense.

Najee!
Najee!

Adrian Peterson needs 449 rushing yards to pass Barry Sanders. If he becomes the starter have to think he'll have more than enough shots to pass him.

"every down backs" are becoming a rarity in today's NFL.

This is the reason why. Of the 260 carries this year for Tennessee, Henry has 219 and Tannehill has 23.

I don't care how big or punishing you are....if you're toting the rock that often in the NFL you're gonna get hurt eventually.
