DMX overdose, in grave condition

That is a relief.

I know, right? Thank god he was only in a coma and brain dead

These "COVID positive" add-ins are frustrating.

Last fall, my 89-year-old grandmother was admitted to the local hospital due to extreme weakness and shortness of breath. We all knew she had been having heart and kidney problems for several months and had been in and out of the hospital numerous times. Her heart and kidneys were straight up failing; we all knew it and the doctors confirmed that. She was in ICU for a few days then all of a sudden she got tagged with a "COVID positive" right before she died.

Bullshit.

Her and my surviving grandfather were quarantining hard for months. The only place they went was the hospital. When my grandmother was admitted to ICU, they wouldn't let my grandfather in there. They also tagged my grandfather with a "COVID positive" and forced him to quarantine for two weeks after her death.

More bullshit.

He had zero COVID symptoms that entire two week quarantine. This is a guy who just had chemo for colon cancer, almost died from pneumonia a few years ago and has had Crohn's for a couple decades amongst other major health ailments - all that made HIM much more susceptible to COVID complications than her.

I'm not big on conspiracy theories, but I have no doubt health professionals are very loosely throwing "COVID positive" tags onto folks on the verge of death to keep the numbers up enough to keep these governmental restrictions going because states are getting federal financial aide through it. Meanwhile, people like my grandfather and DMX's family must sit in complete isolation for two weeks upon the loss of their loved one! Fuck you, shady "healthcare" officials and fuck you, government!

My ex-wife's father had terminal lung cancer and was hospitalized because of it it after Thanksgiving. He was a COVID positive corpse (confirmed acquisition in the hospital I believe) about a month later. Did he actually have it? I suppose there's no reason to believe that he didn't. Was it a major factor in his death? Now that I would say is a bit of a different question. Would he have lived very long even without COVID? Another question that is a little bit different/difficult.
