Hopefully, an investigation is completed to see how this child is treated at home as well. If the dumbfuck of a father was willing to do that, it could be worse at home.

I'm guessing the home life is fine. A complete dumbass move but he was trying to get a selfie with his kid. I can't imagine his thought process because this is the type of person that bubble wraps their children so I'm guessing he had a stupid idea and got caught up in the moment.
