Final 4 and Go (Sweet 16 edition)

That was a snafu either intended or not by the NCAA.

They really should've had Oregon where Florida was.

They set up a situation where they would have two teams from the PAC-12 and SEC playing each other in the Sweet 16 and it SHOULD have happened if not for horrendous, inexplicable play by Florida.

They usually only have conference teams meet when absolutely necessary.

They used to be better about having teams from the same conferences avoid each other until as late as possible, but now it's in the procedures that if two teams from the same conference only played once, they can technically meet up in the R32. I know first hand because we had to play MSU in 2019 in the R32, and they beat our ass. If they played twice they can't play each other until the S16.

this would all go away if we just had the top 3-4 teams of each conference make it to the NCAAT

Yea, you guys had a lot of teams to seed in that year tho. This one just seems like laziness. Not that it makes a ton of difference this year.

I haven't seen a lot, more or less any PAC-12 ball this year, so it'll be new to me.
