morning

feel pretty good here

weather over the weekend is going to be tits, so should be perfect to get some stuff done in the yard.

Entertaining game last night, but only got a point out of it.

Kind of disappointing all over the board. Uber there stunk... Like a Slinky literally stunk. Was hoping the brewery had their patio open, but they didn't, so that was full. Next stop, covid closed. Next stop - burger wasn't good, chips and pita bread for buffalo chicken dip were stale. Bleh

maybe it's one of those "they just opened, you gotta give them time to get their shit together" kind of things...but for the whole world.

also the Flyers suck.

No. Not going back there

probably smart.

I wouldn't go back either.
Sucks that the second choice place was closed. They have decent food, and a pretty good beer list. Guessing that they can't go through enough beer to keep it all consistently good right now.

Bro i told you this. The same shit happened to me last time down that way

Work is basically making us get the vaccine without technically making us. I'm sure this will shake out great in the plants.

Have to quarantine/not come into work for 2 weeks if you don't have the vaccine and you vacation out of state.

Getting the vaccine because your employer says you should makes you dumb. I heard this somewhere...

@Guy Incognito can you help?

we 100% had more than just a couple cases at our plant over the last 3 weeks and no one is reporting them...it's shady as fuck...

we might be a cause for another peak in my area.

Not at all.

Saying you are going to wait for all the olds to get it first, then changing your mind so you can safely work from your bathtub makes you dumb

You're aware the entire point of "suggesting" we get the vaccine is to make it so we're not working in the bathtub anymore...yea?

I think I've described the area of the state I work in.... I'd bet maybe only a quarter of the plant will get the vaccine. They won't be happy about this decision.

They won't make that decision until whatever state/local metrics they are using get to an acceptable level... Yea?

Uhhhhh, we've been at the acceptable levels to reopen for probably 6 months now.

Edit: sorry, 5.
