Gotta pick up a few things for wifey for Sunday. Pictures for baseball tomorrow too, so I guess I should shave at some point before then.

Next week I get to fill in as head coach while the real head coach is on vacation for Coach Pitch. I know there are things I'd like to cover but I'm not sure we get any diamond access. The diamond would make it easier for the kids to understand. The following week starts our games.

Throw down bases are the best. I did a ton of work on mini-diamonds (20-25 feet apart bases) for the younger kids when I coached at that level. Still use it a bit for defensive responsibilities/movement.

Have you never played baseball as a kid? Numerous things you could use to designate the bases
