finally caved and got Hulu TV last night so I could watch tennis.

we will see, might hang on to it for the NFL season since I can't go to bars to watch the games with COVID and all that...

I might also switch to Sling for $30 a month vs $55...but right now this will work.
 
Morning. I'm enjoying all the threads about the old board, pretty entertaining for me as I really don't give a shit about either board and rarely post in either.
 
NFL has started, some of the ranked programs in college start this weekend, plus baseball pennant races and the bubble sport playoffs. Exciting times.

Ham's soccer season starts tomorrow. It's going to be a little weird with the extra protocols (they're taking temperatures at the field, so hopefully my allergies don't act up during the season).

the US Open semifinals last night were really good.

some no name from Japan (according to RobBase) is playing Azarenka in the finals. Azarenka beat Serena, who she has a 0-10 majors record against. That's big.

The cheesesteak joint in town started making pizza steaks, and there was another sandwich that had pepperoni on it. So we got pepperoni pizza steaks last night for the first time in years.

Watched some football last night, YAAAY.

My boss had a heart attack yesterday, I don't have many details other than that. I think he's late 50's. Pretty active guy, skier, eats well, etc. No idea on family history.

I don't really get involved.

At tHoop I mainly posted in the morning thread, B1G Thread, and occasionally dabbled in the stupidity of the PF (although that was greatly reduced, just can't take it anymore) so never concerned myself much with the internet drama

I do want to know why @Fish wont let @suntree post anymore on SB.

Wait, so Tree didn't own the S-B Lions site independent of @Fish owning S-B? And here I thought Tree was in the right when he told @Fish to "make his own board".

figures he'd have a drulz like take . bet osaka wouldn't even hit 9th in the Rangers lineup.
