KBurJR because of draft restrictions... Smitty has the best 1-2 punch in his rotation, but wasn't able to go all in on pitching because of the pool size, but by getting that 1-2 punch, he took a big hit in offense...

I think this one is actually super close. Kburjr has an amazing lineup, but I feel like Smitty's pitching and BP are a big boost.
