got back into a normal routine yesterday after work

walked dog, did a talkie bike ride, had a delicious dinner.

also planted a couple tomato and pepper plants...likely more to come there as well.

I need to get my garden started. Hopefully I'll have some time this weekend. I spent some time last weekend mulching around the hostas up front, since I didn't do that last year.

right now everything is just in pots...I have what I need for a raised bed but just don't know if I want to do that.

I never did the raised bed thing, just edged off the spot I wanted to use as the garden and have been planting in it since.

Hard to believe the Lions might land Hutch after months of hoopla. I wish I could nap until 8pm Thursday night. The anticipation is almost too much to handle.

can’t sit still.

When I go to Hawaii I’ll ditch the cruise ship, disappear, hide on the island faking my own death then live out my life incognito as a bouncer in some dope club somewhere.

oahu. I’ve got a place there. Haven’t been to it since January just before the pandemic struck. Luckily, I’ve had some friends from here stay there during that time and tended to what needed attention. Leaving a place vacant for that long isn’t good. Haha.

I did raised beds two years ago and had great success. Then we got a dog that uses them as her personal launching pad, going from one to another to get over to the bushes where the lizards all live. Need to fence the area off, but not really wanting to take a second mortgage to visit the lumber yard.
