My wife got me a bunch of spices and blends for Father’s Day. So far so good. Pretty much perfected air-fryer chicken.
I like wings the best, but I’ve been buying pieces, putting them in ziplock bags w a touch of olive oil then sprinkling each bag w various blends and letting them marinate overnight.
Put the chicken in at 400 for 26 minutes (I like my chicken hot & crispy), dip in some buffalo sauce and these things are restaurant style quality.
