How does this board work?

Instead of individual team boards, here we'll use one board per conference.

When starting a thread, simply choose the correct team in the Thread Prefix dropdown.

When browsing the board, you can can limit visible threads to a certain team simply by clicking on the corresponding thread prefix. Later, if you want to see all threads again, simply remove the filter by clicking on the small x.

Not a fan of this format. I like having the separate team boards much better.
