Metro Detroit isn't nearly as big as people think, and Riverside/San Berdoo could almost be counted as part of the LA Metro if you look at it on the map.

What surprised me, even though I live here is the Tampa metro area, bigger than Denver, San Antonio, KC, St Louis, Vegas, Charlotte and Baltimore.
