...where it would rank in terms of Final Four upsets?

Greatest of all time in my viewing history which spans ~90s and up.

I think the closest would be Duke-UNLV.

Now ... if UCLA were to go ahead and win the whole thing, it might be the greatest longshot in the history of team sports. I don't want to say underdog, because they're still UCLA, but longshot...

1984 US Hockey team. No one will beat that long shot.

Maybe but I don't know about it except for reading about it. Also hockey is more inclined to ridiculous upsets than basketball.

Also, UCLA hasn't done it yet and I'd bet just about the house that they wont...

It would be the biggest upsets in FF history. This Gonzaga team is one of the best in history.

ill shave my balls live on this website if they do.

Cronin definitely bought himself some time. He wins 2 more games, he would have bought himself a lot more time.

It would be like the Duke upset of UNLV. Zags are the Rebels YUCkLA would be Duke. Only difference though is UNLV had massive weakness’. The Zags have 1, after Timme they don’t have any real bigs. But even when they have to take him out the offense just went faster.

It’s just a shame that there is no way to tell if Gonzaga wins the title are they in the discussion of greatest teams? Especially with how the tournament played out basketball overall was down so that could hurt the legacy. Let alone Covid made it impossible for them to go back to back.
