Irad gets suspended for taking out an apprentice jockey. Dude was suspended last year I believe, not sure for what though.

Watch Goodnight Olive's loss in the Derby City Distaff, you can practically hear all of the other jockeys laughing as they box Ortiz in on the rail and turn it around on him. I felt bad for her but that kind of thing tends to happen when you have a target on you anyway. But there was no way out of that trap that wouldn't have gotten her disqualified.
Ortiz couldn't get past Echo Zulu yesterday in the G1 Ballerina. Geroux is a very good Jockey and handles the big races well.
