Jacksonville to interview for a head coach

Any coach that doesn't start with a clause that has a MASSIVE payout that decreases over time for firing is an idiot. I'd start with something like "if fired without legal cause after 1 year then 3x remaining balance is due" and decrease it by 100% each year of the contract.

That job is cursed and whomever puts up with that shit needs to get paid when they get fired after a year.

Word on the street is guys are avoiding the job like the plague so whoever takes it is going to either be young and just wants the opportunity or is going to get paid ridiculous bank.

They may actually end up with Bill O’Brien because no one else will take it. They need to make a GM change first.
