And Trent Baalke is no longer GM. Word is BL told them it is me or Baalke. Other candidates turned down offers to interview because of Baalke. We know just how toxic Baalke is to a FO.

Baalke never should've been hired to begin with. Jax has the worst FO in the NFL. Possibly the worst FO in professional sports.

I was really surprised when they hired him. He was a disaster in San Francisco. The exact same issues came up after Harbaugh. Baalke feuded with every coach after and candidates were not interested in interviewing for the HC position when he was GM. And he assembled one of the worst rosters in the NFL when he was in SF
