Athletic just dropped an article on Jerry Stackhouse

so apparently Stackhouse thinks

-being a good player automatically means you're deserving to be a head coach at the high major level
-all Trump supporters are racist and somehow that ties into the criticism he's receiving as Vandy's head coach

Apparently, he's been cussing out Vandy fans in their twitter DMs if they dare criticize his coaching acumen.

To top it all off, Vandy is 4-23 in SEC play under Stackhouse.

Things are going well in Nashville. It speaks volumes that Stackhouse thinks his experience in the NBA qualifies him to be a head coach at the collegiate level. Meanwhile, you have a lot of these college coaches that spend YEARS grinding it out as a graduate assistants + as assistant coaches at low-major jobs.

Trump most certainly did not get 75 million votes.

Don’t bloat that losers numbers Jerry.

He certainly didn't have a long or great track record before becoming HC at Vandy. He was an assistant on Memphis the year they ended up picking #2. Spent a couple years in the G League before that.

Also, his attitude clearly sucks. He's gone after next season. Who would have thought that Vandy would be yearning for the days of Kevin Stallings.

Ive only see Vandy basketball play in person once and it was under Kevin Stallings. Stallings got thrown out of the game after like 4 minutes. Quickest ejection I’ve ever seen in college basketball

Many moons ago I witnessed Don Haskins get kicked out of the game at the opening toss...19:58 left in the first half. It seems the same two officials (back in the day of two) had called the previous match up with the team the Miners were playing. When asked why he did it, Haskins said he figured he would get kicked out because of previous history so he thought the team would have a better chance if he was gone.

I saw Vandy when CM Newton was their head coach. My Gawd I'm old. They came to Cameron when Dawkins, Alarie, Bilas, and Henderson were playing.

Jerry Stackhouse is another self important and condescending former Tar Heel. This is what set him off. BTW, I'm no Goodman fan either. But this is what set him off with the comments.
