Star defensive end J.J. Watt, in his first year with the first-place Cardinals, injured his shoulder in the second quarter Sunday vs. Houston and is now likely headed for season-ending surgery, sources told ESPN on Wednesday.

Essentially, yes. Without the balls, the dick is nothing more than a flesh tube used to expel urine from the bladder.
 
I have no idea what it's like to have this injury or what it would be like trying to recover.

Having said that if Arizona makes the Super Bowl I absolutely bet he tries play. Not will play, or will even practice but at least puts the idea out.
