he is on his way out. He isnt worried about how the others think of him in the locker room anymore. Kind of grandstanding for whatever team comes to sign him.

He’s only got a few good years left. He’s been a loyal servant, release him so he can cap off a great career. Also get some money or a pick out of the deal. The franchise has to get unfucked. We are back to Carr days at this point, it’s going to take a few years to rebuild.

if they are going into rebuild mode. They might as well. Save 17.5 mil.
If they feel they are just retooling. They're Not gonna let him go. O'Brien is gone so they wont keep getting rid of their top players........ I think.
 
There was talk about him being traded straight up for Gronk back in the day. Not sure if that was rumor or real.
 
Houston is a long way off to accomplishing anything. They’ve screwed themselves in the draft for the next two years with trades. JJ is smart enough to know he either gets out or he’ll never wear a ring.
