passed away from stage 4 cancer at the age of 50. Found out when his wife posted on his account,

Not many are left on here from Sports Illustrated's defunct sports message board Fan Nation but Fraser Macdonald aka Yoda was a pretty popular figure on that site, Huge MMA fan, football and since he was a canuck, NHL fan. He was a pretty creative person as well creating the annual FN awards.

Sorry to hear that, not sure I posted with him, but still sad. Cancer is the fucking worst.

The UFC welterweight fighter, Rory MacDonald was his cousin. When Rory threw Nate Diaz around like a rag doll, Yoda talked about remembering when Rory was a baby

Just a few times to recruit, but a lot of them came over even just to sign up. The name sounds familiar but I could be thinking of an avy or something else.
 
Can’t remember if I’ve seen this poster before or just know the name from others speaking of him.

Either way….fuck cancer and RIP.
