Penn State is supposed to have a really solid squad this season. Good amount of returning talent. They are still coached by Franklin though

Urbs picked WVU to win on FOX Big Noon Kickoff.

There were two that picked WVU and two who picked Penn St., but they all had it a close game.

If I'd known Penn St took Kansas' OC Andy Kotelnicki, I likely would have picked Kansas to do as well this season.

It seems like everyone is expecting PSU to break through even though they haven't yet.

WVU is a wildcard. They went 9-4 last year and went 6-6/5-7 the 4 or 5 years prior (not counting 2020). But they hate their coach.
