Let's talk about tacos

...other than that prerequisite, I'm pretty much down for whatever.

I've had shrimp, fish, chorizo, chicken, pork, steak/ground beef...I prefer soft corn tortillas.

I love cilantro and pico. Cheese. Onions. Beans. Rice.

I don't believe I have seen anyone mention beans, WTF?

Flour tortilla, 25 seconds each side on the comal.
Refried beans, I actually like Old El Paso refried if someone knows a better brand let me know as i'm too lazy to make my own beans.
Ground meat, typically ground chuck. Fajitas work as well.
Diced tomato
Diced sweet yellow onion (Vidalia if I can find it)
Couple spoonfuls of my homemade Red Salsa
Shredded block Sharp Cheddar
Cold Beer
 
Taco's are great at home, but nobody orders them out.

What's up with that exactly.

I do. Maria's makes them from fresh made corn tortillas and they are so good....the tortilla sends it over the top!
