Yeah, it was awesome when it was common for the leader to lap the field, boomer. Benny Parsons wins a championship despite his lone win being the only race he finished on the lead lap.

NASCAR was at its peak in both entertainment and personalities in the late 90’s/early 00’s. That’s a fact
