1-NE.

Bill will be on the phone with the Lions ASAP to try and rape them for Stafford. After Cam, he needs a QB that he can use in his system after Brady bolted for Tampa.

2-Indianapolis.

This is probably #1 if not for NE being desperate for a QB. Great defense, solid running game, just plug in a QB.

3-Washington.

The team with no name needs a QB more than Indy but I'm not sure Stafford would want to go there and I'm sure Detroit will ask Stafford where he wants to go since they are mutually parting ways.

New England won’t spend draft picks ( high picks) for Staford.

Detroit needs to be careful here , if they get greedy on how many picks they want back the won’t get a trade done.

That would be an absolute disaster but knowing this franchise not at all shocking.

History shows when these veteran QBs go up on the trading block teams get greedy and in most cases the teams usually end up cutting the player

I saw where Carolina was interested.

I'm sure NE would want him but there is something wrong with that franchise.

Steelers media talking heads seem to think this team and their cap hell can afford both him and the dead money from Ben's deal.

Cute as a button.

That’s be awesome if they don’t. For the Lions.

Not for Staff.

Yes I know Dallas will raise eyebrows but Stafford is cheaper than Dak and the Cowboys could really use that money

I could see it happening in Dallas. Although the path would likely have to be a sign of Dak and trade, or franchise and trade and don't think DET would enjoy having that one year franchise price. That of course shows I don't know all the rules of the tag, can Dallas tag then Dak sign, then Dallas trade, and DET give a new contract?

Rex Ryan threw Dallas out yesterday on their pre game show.

It’s does raise an eye brow and makes for a very interesting mix

Is Alex Smith retiring?

I don’t understand why they wouldn’t be rolling with him in Washington if he isn’t. Dude was like 6-1 as the starter.

I think he came back to prove he could, and will now shut it down.

Wherever they let him choose his own OC. Where is Jim Bob Cooter coaching these days?
