Pretty cool tonight. Freeze warning and lunar eclipse blood moon style.
 
It’s not a full blood moon, but is a beaver moon, and I will get mine.

Yeah that is more likely.. However, with the 100X zoom you can get very very very good shots

It was taken with a Nikon P900.

It usually does a better job, but as I said there was a thin cloud cover (haze) so I lost some definition.

This is from a previous full moon on a clear night.

went over to friends for a beer or two last night, played card game called the mind. It's a cooperative game, i didn't realize that round 1

for 100x zooms I feel like my hand is no where near steady enough

Naw wish I did. My hand always "shakes" the split second I hit the button.. However... it seems to auto-focus/adjust and usually you can't tell your hand moved

it's like a new way for rich people to tell everyone they are rich and famous on Twitter because they paid millions for an avatar...

No problem.

I take a lot of nature, moonrise, moonset, sunrise, and sunset photos for hobby, and have even sold some.
I had an artist buy a series of my bluebird photos to paint for a client.

Bonus moon pic also from last April, since I was already in that file.moon b.JPG
 
washed my truck last night since it is likely the warmest it will be for a while

need to put a coat of wax on it next (in my garage maybe)...but I am wondering if I should do something else before I do the wax...
