2 players who were 7 or 8 times an all star
2 players who were 5 or 6 times an all star
2 players who were 3 or 4 times an all star
2 players who were 0, 1 or 2 times an all star

Players must have played their first game no later than 2008.

Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, LeFlop James, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar are INELIGIBLE.

Maybe doing like a 2010 cutoff so that a lot of current NBA players wouldn't be eligible to fit under the All-star requirements. Or even earlier if you want.
