One more Saturday

One more weekend... until Michigan losses.

I'm excited for this season . We've got our best skill guys since probably 02 or 03 . Petraa is basically just a faster more mobile Stanley and the OL should be really good. Questions on D but we always seem to replace ably there . Get 3 relatively easy ones to start so Petras should be able to get his rhythm before we get Minnesota, PSU back to back . I think 7-1 is possible but would probably lean 6-2

1965 style bad offense = good defense
2020 good spread offense = bad defense

did I miss anything?

😄, my damn phone auto-correct. Until Michigan has its first loss. There.

I am just messing with you. Who does UM play first?
We very well could lose. We're playing Minnesota, in Minnesota, and at night. Not an ideal first game. They're not going to be the best team we face, but they're sneaky good and could very easily pull off a W if we aren't on top of things.

True. I imagine the B1G could look sloppy as the other leagues have been with COVID-19.

I give it 2 weeks tops before that pussy commissioner shuts down the whole season again because 1 person may or may not have been exposed to someone with Covid

Iowa hasn't lost to any P5 conference other than the B10 since Obama was President. SEC, ACC, B12, P12... 7-0 with a combined score of like eleventy billion to 9.

The unstoppable Christian McCaffrey ruined Iowa's Rose Bowl over and over

Iowa got so excited for the Rose Bowl. Christian McCaffrey quickly ended that excitement.

Technically, Stanford dominated Iowa in the Rose Bowl, winning 45-16. But it might be more fair to say Christian McCaffrey dominated Iowa in the Rose Bowl. The sophomore running back spent New Year's Day doing horrible things to various Hawkeye defenders over and over again in a Cardinal rout.

Yep that was 5 years ago... ya know... when Obama was President

It's 2020. That was 2016. Trump was elected in 2016. For my purposes, it is legit.:thumb:

Sure other than Obama was President for over a year after the game lol.

No. Even their "M"is wrong. I hate you guys in a football way, but Minnesota annoys me. Don't lose.
