But not the RRS..

SMDH, buncha sissies.

Didn't see any of the ISU/TCU game. Was ISU better than the previous week? Or were they similar and TCU just isn't very good this year? Or 1st game ugliness on the horny toad's part?

I saw bits and pieces.. They both didn't look very good. Coker the RT for TCU had a really bad game, Purdy was still off with his passing. TCU had some success running the ball early. That was from the 1st half.. didn't watch any of the second half, but after what happened in Lubbock, Texas better treat TCU as if they had Boykin back.

LOL going head to head with Auburn v Georgia.

Purdy was 18/22 for 211 and a TD. Not bad. Besides the bone headed play that he made trying to get rid of the ball that turned into a TCU TD, he had a solid game.

Is it bad that i am worried that i took OU in my pickems at 9 points over ISU?

Yes. Yes it is because that's what I did.

You realize Ou has won 5 straight conference titles right?

you also realize you were a missed holding call away from losing to ISU last year at home too, right? I picked ISU in the pick'em but that's because I'll always choose any school that plays against ou... except for aggy which I will pray that a meteor of covid crashes into whichever gawdawful stadium that atrocity gets played in.. That said I know ou will win, because I just think Purdy isn't what he was supposed to be so far this season.

You can look at the box score and say Purdy had a solid day but anyone who watched the game knows he hasn't played to the level so many felt he would.

Im just saying if you know college football then you know how things work. OU has won more conference titles than the rest of the league combined so of course they are going to get picked for a lot of prime slots. Just like Texas is always ranked to start the year no matter what, same thing.

is that why ou fans were bitching that they played something like 5 straight noon games last season?

And OU/Texass set for 11am kickoff.:twitch:

Can we fix that shit in a week.
Because we need to fix that shit in a week.
Little fun fact from Brad Powers for OU fans(and degenerate gamblers) to sleep on:

"Since 2000, when Oklahoma is off a loss in the regular season, the Sooners are an incredible 34-0 straight up and 23-10-1 ATS covering by an average of 9.5 points per game! Oklahoma is a 7-point favorite at Iowa State on ABC Saturday night."

Saturday Night is supposed to be cold (40s), wet (40% chance of rain) and windy (10-14 mph) in Ames. I'm watching this game on TV! I'll wait until next week vs. TT to see an afternoon game.
