Pat's Championship resume includes the North American, Intercontinental Heavyweight, and Hardcore Championships in the WWF. He also won various Tag Team titles with Ray Stevens, Ivan Koloff, Billy Graham, Pedro Morales, and Peter Maivia among others. He was also NWA Pacific Northwest Heavyweight Champion, the top title next to the NWA World Heavyweight Championship in the Portland territory. Pat is credited as the creator of the Royal Rumble.
