Playoff Predictions after Week #10

Just curious. Why do you see these moving into the top 4?

The committee didn't think much of TCU last week. You think a struggling win at home over Texas Tech will change their mind?

Same for Oregon and USC. Wins over hapless Colorado and Cal shouldn't pad the resume much.
Undefeated P5 Champion should be in the playoffs (In my opinion).

Playoff Odds according to the FPI:

Georgia - 90.8%
Tennessee - 64%
Alabama - 16.5%
LSU - 5.4%
Ole Miss - 2%

Ohio State - 86.8%
Michigan - 62.2%

Clemson - 30.8%

TCU - 15.5%

Oregon - 14.2%
USC - 6.1%
Utah - 2.8%
UCLA - 1.4%

Looks like the most likely combo is Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia and Tennessee. I can't say I disagree
I'd rather see P5 Conference Champions in the Playoffs.

I agree. But the committee didn’t seem to think much of an undefeated P5 conference leader with their initial rankings. If they do move them up much, then I guess they think more of win over Texas Tech than I thought they would. In 2014 I remember TCU beating Iowa State by 30 something and going down in the rankings the next week.

16% chance of LSU losing two of three to Arkansas, A&M, and UAB? Where do I sign up for those odds

Arkansas and Aggie on the road aren’t total gimmes. LSU hasn’t exactly been a dominant team all year

“Normally” those aren’t gimmes, but Liberty and App State went in and got Ws this year.

They don’t until after
