Well I always thought he was gonna be gone when Gruden left. Since they came in as a package deal.
but I hate to say it. While I initially thought this was a stupid idea. He did better than I expected. Also dealt with some fucked up shit in the organization pretty well. Unless the Raiders already have a plan in place on who was replacing Mayock. This might set them back.
 
That just about had to happen. They had 6 first rd picks during his time and several times the response to the pick was "WHO?"

He may have managed the off field stuff ok but his drafts were terrible.
