It's still Sunday as far as I'm concerned.

Cause that's my fun day. My I don't have to run day.
 
On the Humpday of my 5 day weekend.
 
Still don't have my covid results, so I'm working from home again.
 
Meh, still deciding whether or not to try and drink at a level that still leaves me coherent for a 1400 meeting or just take a sick day.
 
This weekend suuucked. I can't remember a time I was actually glad to be back at work
 
I took today off. Finished reading a Sandman Slim book, enjoying my coffee and have smooth jazz playing on the Alexa.

Probably going to take the dog for a run today, maybe play some golf.

Decided to hire someone to come in and do a full detail job with the ceramic coating for my truck. I'm too lazy and the truck could use a full on clean up.

Emergency vet trip yesterday morning and fucking up the broads car has left the wallet feeling a little lighter.

Long story short on the car: Foresters set up blow. I went to change her oil and drained the transmission fluid instead. And its not as simple as popping the hood and pouring some more in there. So now I have to have someone tow it to a mechanic

As for the dog, we guess it was from playing with a dog Saturday night. But Sunday we woke up and he couldnt walk and wouldn't get up. He did something to his hind leg. Xrays didn't show anything broken or torn, but a good bit of swelling. Most likely a bad sprain. So hes on strict "no weight" orders. Which means i have to carry him (75lbs) up and down the stairs every time to take him to the bathroom.

Holy shit my ex did that to her Forester too!

She also didn't know how my oil pan worked and it drained onto my garage floor and made a big mess.

The plugs are in confusing spots so I will give you that but still...

The transmission fluid is located directly underneath the engine and looks like a oil drain plug. Lesson of the day: Always double check the set up when working on a new car. No matter how sure you are of it

When I researched online right after, apparently its a pretty common thing.

My ex learned that the hard way as well. I was at work when she did it so I just got panicked texts when she went to put new oil in and realized the oil reservoir was still full...wtf...oh shit....
