UW was a fraud that year too. Rewarded for being the tallest midget. Winning the Pac is the equivalent to winning the special olympics. It's a trophy, but not really.

I was on board with Dickert but when his first move is to essentially send Brian Smith packing it causes massive pause. Rolo was trying to make in roads between Washington HS coaches and no idea how hillbilly from Wisconsin is going to play….let alone literally nothing offensively in the Shit Bowl even says he wants de Laura. I am totally cool if we can run a 2QB rotation though. de Laura is Russell Wilson light where he can win you games you shouldn’t and loses game you should win. I would still love Dickert as DC and Jimmy Lake as the HC and get Sam Guard’s HC as the OC for us.

That might work except we lost to Utah twice. No worries my recruitment of Bo Nix is going to put the Ducks over the top and we will hoist the trophy next year.
 


The first catch I remember from Smith-Njigba. I was amazed by this.
