They gave up the 7th fewest yards and 4th fewest points last year. Year before they were 5th in points and fourth in yards. 12th and 10th in 2019.

Idk if I screwed up or ESPN screwed up. I swear I got that stat from them when the news broke of Allen's hiring. It was a little blurb that said Saints were hiring Allen despite finishing with the 4th worst defense 3 seasons straight. Now I can't find it. Oh well.
