The age long question of if the Patriots dynasty was due to Belichick or Tom Brady, it seems the reason for the Patriots success for nearly 20 years was because of Tom Brady.

Another thing to is I think Bill has checked out a bit this year. I mean, he was in commercials and seemed to have a personality, that's not the Bill Belichick I know. But I am surprised the Pats have won as much as they have. I thought for sure Bill would suck for Lawrence.
 
They are missing a lot more than Brady right now. Id wait a season or two before making a final judgement

For the last two years, Tom Brady has been the least-effective QB in the league.

^This is closer to reality.

If they had plugged in a better QB, say- Teddy Bridgewater, Ryan Fitzpatrick or Philip Rivers, then the offense would be respectable. The opt-outs killed the defense too.
