Pretty sure the limit is 18. It's kinda a college thing, but I guess you could send your teenagers there if you don't care about them banging adults.

You mean a lower limit?

I was 21 my senior year in college...as most are. Did Spring Break in Miami that year.

Nothing wrong with a 24 yr old partying it up at spring break.

So these two geniuses took and used the credit cards of a dead woman after they drugged, raped and killed her?

Not to mention DNA left on the victim and crime scene.

I have no problem with the death penalty in these types of cases.
 
Those two young men will have issues getting into medical school now. Shame.
