Stan Van Gundy, former head coach of the Heat, Magic and Pistons, agreed to a multiyear deal to coach the Pelicans, sources told ESPN on Wednesday.

Interesting hire. It's been awhile for Stan. If I recall correctly though, he was pretty good with younger players which the Pels have in abundance.
Personally, I was hoping the Pels would hire D'Antoni. Those kids in that offense would be a blast to watch.
