as we all know the new extra inning rule starts an inning with a runner on second...


My question is, if that runner scores, and there are no errors made, is that an Earner Run??


if it is an earned run, then who gets that earned run?? and should it be asterisked??

No they are not charged an earned run--it is an unearned run, since the player appeared on 2nd they are treated like an error was made.

They had this rule all last year and you don't know this by now.
