THE Game #3TTUN @ #2tOSU Noon on Fox.

Georgia only shows up for the big games. That’s why the four best performances of the season were against the four best teams played.

But we are absolutely beatable. We’ll be rightfully favored against any team, but this team doesn’t have an all time great pass rush like last season, so if the secondary can’t hold their own(they have for the most part this season), the front seven isn’t gonna cover for them this year.

I noticed that. Didn't put 2 and 2 together that it was supposed to be a fake but did not micro start moving to his right and the snap made him jump back. Backup long snapper...

Also, ironic all the Michigan fans hoping for bad weather and Ohio State fans hoping for good when it turns out the Michigan benefited from the deep ball way more than Ohio State

it was probably for the better, especially in light of Corum leaving early.

I almost wish Corum would have played. Part of me wonders if Harbs would have given up on he run so early with him in there. He would have gotten more yards but Ohio State was giving little to no running room most of the game

I had the same thought, scUM was probably better off without Corum in that game, as odd as that sounds. Harbaugh ABSOLUTELY woulda kept trying to run him into the ground if he was able to. Those big wide open pass plays might not happen (at least all of them) if he were in there.

Having to Throw shoulda been desperation moments for Michigan, but we manage to turn it into a moment of glory for them. Sickening.

That game was a lot closer than the score indicates ... We got lucky. I will be rooting for TCU and USC to win their next games. I have no interest in playing ohio state again.

I can't even say Michigan got lucky.

I think maybe FORTUNATE is the better word, but maybe not even though. They knew exactly what to do to take advantage of our retarded coaching, and they executed it. They did what they shoulda done.

I think it's a different game if we play more of a base defense and make McCarthy actually have to make toughish throws instead of just all out blitzing and having him throwing to wide open guys down field. But of course that is not what we did. Day and Knowles basically played right into Michigan's hands by refusing to make any adjustments. Maybe we don't win still, but if adjustments were made accordingly its at least a lot closer. Day's stubborn ignorant offensive game plan of continuing to try to run things that havent worked all year was never going to change though.

I mean, OSU started to implode. That's been a pretty common theme with teams we've played this year. At some point, we just kind of eat them away and they give up. Same thing happened against OSU. Same thing happened to Penn State.

We basically did the same thing we did against Michigan against Penn State. Penn State just wasnt competent enough to take advantage of it, and they out imploded us in the 2nd half.

We got out hot early and looked like we were going to run away, but day went into his shit tier play calling mode of trying to shove square pegs into circle holes. Ped State roared back and took the lead. But they suck so they fell apart late in the game.

If we never run another godamn WR screen again, it will be too soon. Also, I'm hoping the DB recruiting of the last 2 years can explain things this year and why we were so susceptible, and maybe Knowles just needs to recruit his choice of guys rather than guys Matt Barnes and Coombs brought in.

The logic i've heard for the constant stupid WR screen plays is that "BUT EVEN IF IT DOESNT WORK IT STILL MAKES THE DEFENSE HAVE TO RESPECT IT AND COULD LEAD TO A BIG PLAY LATER IN THE GAME!" uhhhhh yea ok, running a bunch of WR screens against Michigan sure did that.

I don't remember us doing this with Fields at QB as often, but maybe that's because Fields was an actual threat to run so defenses had to always be aware of that which made the WR screens seem more successful. At any rate, we have to get a QB who will use his feet. It's what has made our offenses so successful over the past decade.

IMO its pretty obvious that Fields had the goods to bail out Ryan Day when he decided to go into retardo play calling mode. Fields was absolutely the reason for Ryan Day's early success. Not the other way around (Day being the reason Fields was successful)

It makes running all around easier for the RBs too when the defense has to account that the QB could easily take off at any given time. Defenses NEVER had to even think about that much with Stroud back there.
