Not Texas heat here, but we're looking at upper 80's and 90's for the next 5-6 days, with the exception of Father's Day.

I'm sure with the humidity it will be getting there. Might be one area of decent shade at the whole ball park.

Just the temps next week are at 99 & 98 for the 4 days of games. Then add the humidity to that. Be steamy & miserable sitting at the game.

I got paired with a guy on my team who I just can't play with. He talks the entire time and it just fucks me up. Just could not focus.

Thanks for speaking up on this!

I vividly recall playing in a LL 4th of July tournament when I was a kid. We played 3 games in one day in 90 degree heat. Why its so vivid? Well, naturally I dominated. Second my Mom said if we won she would buy me my own pizza (back when this was considered a treat). I dominated, we won, I ate.

Later that night I threw up unlike anytime before or since, hence the vividness

That always threw me off too. There is a time and place to shoot the shit on a round of golf.

It's not going to be 99 during the game, it will be cooling off in the evening.

We had one tee ball game where the kids were telling me how hot they were. I told them they at least got to sit in the dugout when they weren't in the field, I was out in the sun the whole game.

It actually will be as usually the high is hit around 5 to 6pm and then goes down this time of year.
