Can tell one of my LOs didn't want to go back to work today. She's being a pain. I know she doesn't want to work here anymore. Evidently she lost out to me on the title company job before I came here. Honestly it would be nice if she left in one way but I don't want to replace her spot just yet. Too much travel.

She doesn't want to work at this place anymore it seems. Our UW has some stupid requirements for things that don't pertain to our customer base. They try to fit things in a nice box to sell to secondary market/government. Our area has a lot of individuals that we cannot sell the loans to the secondary market/government.
 
taking tomorrow off to play in a golf tournament with some coworkers...so that will be my third round of golf this week. First time I have done that in a long while

only had 1 3 putt last night...my short game feels really good right now

No meant department. They definitely need to revise policy & procedures for our lending area. Too much gray area in their in-house loans. The upper UWs are lazy & do not want to treat in house loans as separate from the Freddie & Fannies.

Lol. She can wait a year or year & a half and I'd be willing to take her job. By then I'll have less responsibilities outside of work. Already told some people it will be my last year coaching tackle football full time until Grand is in it. Also my last year as full time head wrestling coach for Buck's club. I will go to part time volunteer coaching for both & just be a board member on tackle football. The main man for flag football league, 4H Rabbit Club committee member, & co-leader of township 4H Club will be enough.
