Changed the dogs food up and now he has the shits. That's all I really have for today.

But in important news, pretty impressive to get fired from the nfl for being an asshole. A league full of assholes.

what did you change from and to what?

I have considered changing my dogs food, but he has been scarfing it down lately, so no real need.

Purina to Iams. Usually the fiance was in charge of buying the food. And then I found out she was paying like $50 for an 30lb bag of food that he goes thru in like 3 weeks. And I can get a 30lb bag of Iams for like $30. Started him on it this last weekend and he didn't start the shits until yesterday. So im giving it another day until I decide if I have to go back or not.

Was a little surprised if its from the food. His stomach has always been a tank and we've never really had any issues with him and his food.

I currently buy the $50 large breed bag from Earthborn

I don't want to cheap out though...dog is healthy and getting up in years...and doesn't have the shits, which is important

If I have to spend the extra, I'll spend the extra. He's had other foods before and never an issue. I just figured that if he has no issue, may as well just buy the cheaper stuff.

It was hard enough convincing her to let me buy the Iams, because she didn't want to ruin his coat. Now I have to hear about this too.

I will say, there is way too big a selection of dog foods out there. What a pain in the dick if you are trying to pick something new.

and only one boutique pet store near me sells what he eats on a regular basis

And agree. Just the purina stuff, they have about 15+ different kinds of it.
