You don't "collect" fruited sours. Those have too much sugar to be stored long periods of time.
 
I made a cream pasta sauce with chicken and asparagus last night and it went right through me. Woke up in the middle of the night to drop some heat. That was not fun.

I thought ranching was the main contributor to deforestation
